NatWest Insurance Shambles!
West Film Production Co was contacted by Sue Smith to document her ongoing battle with one of the biggest financial institutions in the UK, the world renowned NatWest Bank. See her story for yourself.
Sue says -
“Whilst away on holiday in December 2005. My 1st home suffered from an escape of water. The extent of the damage caused by the flood was horrendous resulting in my home having to be practically re-built. My nightmare began as soon as I placed my total trust in my insurance company. NATWEST home insurance They immediately sent in the cowboys, C.W.WREN CONTRACTORS, and then all let loose.”
“9 months later and long over schedule, not one single room had been finished! Yet the contractors told my insurance company there was no reason why I could not move back in!!! I think this video clearly illustrates that there is a lot of unfinished work still to be done in my home, including the central heating which as you will see is strewn about the house. No gas fires have been installed and there are no floors laid etc..etc.. the list goes on and on and so does my nightmare.”
“Unbelievably, Natwest Insurance still haven’t bothered to come and take a look at the shambles let alone do anything about it. And it’s now fast approaching 2 years and nine months, that I’ve been forced out of my home because of this fiasco – which they have created!!”
