Wexler is such a …
Wexler is such a blowhard. Instead of silencing his tongue and listening and more importantly understanding the argument, he beats his hands on his chest like an overgrown gorilla and gets his sound bite in for his next election. What a pathetic excuse for a Congressional Representative
Wexler spends way …
Wexler spends way to much time trying to look like a political blowhard instead of actually trying to understand what Swagel is trying to say. If you look at the argument Swagel is making, its completely sound. This is why congress gets nothing done and has such as low approval rating, they spend too much time trying to get that great ‘youtube shot’ for their next campaign as opposed to trying to solve problems. Shame on you congressmen Robert Wexler

Insurance is risk …
Insurance is risk management in which the insured pays a price in order to transfer risk to another party.
Obviously there is greater risk in areas prone to natural disaster. What does Rep. Wexler want? For Phillip Swagel to recommend that the government take money away from other Americans around the country to help pay insurance premiums for those who decide to live on the coast of Florida?
Phillip Swagel probably wanted to recommend that States let the free market work it out.
