Why is it necessary for State Farm Insurance to deny claims and try to acuse the client of filing false claims? Is it because the don’t know any different, or they are dishonest rats from hell or they are the Most Stupid Company in the history of the wrold?
I think they are dishonest rats and need to be put out of business. They know who I am and I will tell everyone how dishonest they are till the day I die…HEY, State Farm ” Slander This”

graded: fancy word that you got rated base on health
whole: forever
life: you
insurance: protection

So basically you have a life insurance that you have to pay until age 98 and your premiums are base on your age, sex, weight, height and other health related matters.

Whole life insurance are the most common type of life insurance sold. Agents that sell these get paid lots of commissions on it and many people own more than 1 policy on themselves. People are believed that they are getting a good deal because it contains insurance and a savings together. What they don’t know is that when they die, the beneficiary will ONLY GET THE DEATH BENEFIT. These savings in the life insurance policy are not good investments. If you ever wanted to use the savings, you will have to BORROW it and pay back with interest.

Term insurance is starting to pick up popularity. Primerica is the driving force in selling Term and other companies are starting to do the same. If you want to save money and invest for retirement, you will buy Term and invest in mutual funds.

we financed a house through a finance company.Everytime we pay the note more money goes to the interest than it does the balence.Is this legal? Also we bought the house”as Is” and we discovered termite damage in the walls of the house,and was not told about it.what legal steps can we take?

My very first mortgage payment only $ 10 went towards the principal.
Your principal does increase every month by just a little bit.
It’s the way mortgages work – most of the interest upfront.

You can only sue the previous owner if they knew of the damage and did not disclose it.
You will have to prove that the damage was obvious to them.
My parents got sued for not disclosing, but they clearly knew there was a problem and did not disclose it. They had to pay for all repairs.
